Information Pack for Proposed Administrators
Information sessions for proposed private administrators who live in the local Brisbane area are held on a monthly basis.
The purpose of these sessions is to provide proposed private Administrators with information about the Tribunal and its role and responsibilities. The process leading up to and after the Tribunal hearing, the difference between Guardians and Administrators and the ongoing responsibilities and obligations of private Administrators are also explained.

Information Pack for Appointed Administrators
Information sessions for appointed administrators are held quarterly in Brisbane. The session briefly reviews the General Principles of the Guardianship and Administration Act and then focuses on explaining the main sections of the Act that apply to Administrators such as gifting, conflict transactions and reimburement of expenses as well as going through the Account by Administrator form, which is required to be lodged annually, in detail.
The forms below are the same as the ones above and are relevant for both proposed and appointed administrators. An additional form for appointed administrators is the Financial Management Plan available from the link below.
